'State of the City' Address

Poway Mayor Don Higginson will deliver the annual “State of the City” address at the beginning of the city council meeting on April 3.

Higginson has served on the council for 25 years and is in the second year of a four-term as mayor. His address will focus on the state-ordered Feb. 1 dissolving of the city's redevelopment agency and the adverse financial impact that move will have on city revenues.
