Electric Car Enthusiasts at Old Poway Park

Nissan Leafs owners will meet at Old Poway Park on April 7.

There will be a 9 a.m. breakfast at the Hamburger Factory followed by a meeting of 30 owners or so of the electric Nissan Leafs at Templars Hall in the park.

Invited guests include representatives from the California Center for Sustainable Energy and Marvin K. Brown Auto Center, which will provide a Coda electric car for display.

The president of Andromeda Power will demonstrate a D.C. quick-charger, and representatives of Car2Go are also scheduled to attend.
