   San Diego Pest Solutions is a structural pest control company that treats homes, apartment complexes and commercial properties. We treat both interior and exterior areas for ants, spiders, earwigs,cockroaches,  silverfish, rodents, wasps, bees, and other common pests. We guarantee our services and will return at no charge until we fully resolve the problem.

    We include spot treatments, spray and fog treatments, perimeter treatments, surface and broadcast treatments, and trapping or baiting for rodents<i>. </i>After a thorough inspection, we apply the best treatment suited for controlling the identified pest.  Only products registered with the Structural Pest Control Board of California are applied during your service.

<b><i>INTERIOR SERVICE:  </i></b> The interior of your home or office will be treated at your request. We do not require an interior treatment at each regular service.  If a problem arises that we feel should be treated, we will recommend the proper treatment, then allow you to make the decision. 

A perimeter treatment for ants, spiders, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish, or other common household pests takes only a few minutes.  All corners and baseboard areas will be treated to prevent crawling insects and house spiders. Inspections and trapping for rodents inside the home and garage areas are included with the regular service.  Treatments for the occasional pest are available, and can be added as a one-time service.

<b><i> EXTERIOR SERVICES:  </i></b>We will meet you at the door to talk to you about problems you may have encountered.  We will then do a thorough inspection of your home and property for signs of pest activity, and then treat up to 25 feet from the structure. Spider webs and wasps nest are removed from the walls of your home, and the exterior service is complete.

 <b><i>ADDITIONAL SERVICES:</i></b><b><i>  </i></b>These services can be for rodents inside the attic, rodent bait stations around the exterior, gopher control, wasp (above first floor) and bee removal, fleas and ticks for both interior and exterior, bedbug infestations, and treatment for large infestations of a specific pest.  Bio remediation for the interior sinks, bathtubs, showers and drains causing an odor or drain fly problem can be part of your bimonthly service for a nominal fee.  Please be sure to ask about any pest problem you may be having.  We’ll be glad to help!
