Lori Holt Pfeiler, Neighbor

Lori leads the overall strategy and execution of Our Greater San Diego Vision. Lori has most recently served as the Mayor of the City of Escondido from 1998-2010. During her three consecutive terms, Lori was able to bring people together to collaborate on issues to advance the City of Escondido and the region. Lori has also served as the chair of SANDAG, the regional planning agency, where, during her tenure, she chaired the Regional Comprehensive Plan. As a Councilmember, Lori served as Chair of the North County Transit District. During that time she was part of the Coaster train implementation, and planning for the Sprinter Rail Project. Lori earned her MBA from California State University, San Marcos, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from National University.
