Caroline Harrod, Neighbor

Caroline is a long-time resident of East County and former staffer to Supervisor Dianne Jacob. She also served on the San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District board for 12 years. She believes East County is a great place to live, full of history, interesting sites, great government services and outstanding people. She hopes to bring them alive for Patch readers to enjoy.  If you don't find her in East County, you'll find her sailing around San Diego's waterfront capturing the sites on canvas.
