Depression is the most painful thing a person can experience. Think of how much physical pain he…Read More endured in his long NFL career. Mr. Seau must have been suffering for sometime. We need to get the message out about the many times overwhelming consequences of the pain that depression can bring. Most of us would easily trade our boring lives with somebody as well known and loved as Junior. The message is clear. Depression is powerfully painful so painful even a tough man like Junior could not endure. Keep a close eye on those you love and never disregard somebody suffering from mental depression because if Mr . Seau can not handle it then you know.....god bless his soul and god bless his family.
