Phil is a 2-year-old neutered male Pekingese mix, ID 64796. At 15 pounds, Phil is the ultimate lap dog who loves to soak up attention and will reciprocate with love and kisses to your cheek.
When he’s not cuddling, he loves to run and play. He gets along with other small dogs, and his size and demeanor make him perfect for condo or apartment dwellers.
