Kiwanis Club Fundraiser Will Feature Food, Fun and a Mystery to Solve

WHO DONE IT?

Put on your Perry Mason hat and join the Kiwanis Club of Poway for a Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday, March 17, starting at 6 p.m. The club fundraiser will take place at a private residence. Be suspicious of anyone not Irish that night. Click here for more information.

RECYCLE AND GIVE BACK

Don’t throw away your old cell phones, digital cameras, video games and game systems, print cartridges and other used electronics. Recycle them through AVID Program and an event they’re calling Cartridges for Kids. Money raised will help the Titans. More information is available here.

GET EMPOWERED

Learn ways to empower yourself and those around you during forum Managing the Chaos in our Lives this Saturday at the school. The forum, which will also serve as a fundraiser, will take place at 8:30 a.m. and will feature various keynote speakers. Lunch, raffle prizes and lots of sharing. Also prune, clear and rake? Volunteers are still needed for Poway Spirit Day, Saturday April 14. Check in at the and we’ll head off to work sites at 8 a.m. Help keep Poway looking like the city we’re so proud of. Great team-bonding activity for your club or group.
