Poway Senior Volunteer Patrol Hosts Food Drive
The week's Poway Gives Back includes food, the WinterFest and more.
Senior Volunteers Give Holiday Cheer
The Poway Senior Volunteer Patrol is having a food drive to support the San Diego Food Bank. Volunteers will be accepting donations at the Poway until Monday, Dec. 19.
Senior Volunteers are also doing baskets again this year for the clients of the You Are Not Alone Program (YANA). They'll be assembling the baskets on Dec. 14 at the station. It's something the volunteers do every year to bring holiday cheer to the elderly in the community.
