Poway, RB Boys to Face North County Playoff Foes
The Titans host Mission Hills while the Broncos travel to El Camino in Division I on Wednesday.
Poway High will host Mission Hills in the first round of the San Diego Section CIF boys basketball playoffs scheduled for Wednesday. The Grizzlies (17-10) and Titans (15-12) will tip off at 7 p.m. in a Division I contest.
Rancho Bernardo (18-11) will visit El Camino (23-6) in Oceanside in another Division I game on Wednesday at 7. The Broncos and Poway both finished at 6-4 and in a three-way tie (with Westview) for second in the Palomar League after the Titans downed RB 64-50 Friday night.
The top seeds in the postseason tournament are La Costa Canyon (23-4) in Division I, Lincoln (25-1) in Division II, St. Augustine (21-6) in Division III, Francis Parker (19-7) in Division IV and Horizon (14-11) in Division V.
