Chargers-49ers Game to Be Televised Locally

Bolts avoid a blackout by selling enough tickets for Thursday's 7 p.m. game at Qualcomm Stadium.

Taking it right up to the extended deadline of 7 p.m. Wednesday, the Chargers have sold enough tickets to lift the local television blackout on Thursday’s game at Qualcomm Stadium with the San Francisco 49ers. Kickoff is 7 p.m.

General admission and club seats are still available at the Chargers’ ticket office at Gate C at Qualcomm, online at www.chargers.com or by calling 800-745-3000.  The ticket office at Qualcomm Stadium opens at 8 a.m.

The game will be televised live on KFMB Channel 8 in San Diego and KCBS Channel 2 in Los Angeles and Orange counties.  Ron Pitts and Billy Ray Smith will call the game.

The radio broadcast can be heard in San Diego on KIOZ Rock 105.3 FM and XTRA Sports 1360 AM.
