Poway Unified Superintendent to Meet With ACLU Over iPad Controversy

The American Civil Liberties Union is raising concerns about a local elementary school's effort to have iPads for students.

Poway Unified Superintendent John Collins said he will meet with the American Civil Liberties Union to address its concerns regarding an effort to supply students with iPads, according to U-T San Diego.

The ACLU claims that 's attempt to have every fourth and fifth grader use iPads could be illegal, according to the newspaper.
