Enrollment Information for New Poway High School Students

Enrollment forms for 2013-14 school year may be downloaded from the PUSD website. Print out and sign the completed forms and return them to Poway High Counseling Office starting Aug. 2.
According to the Poway High School website, incoming ninth graders need their last report card from eighth grade. Incoming 10-12 graders need an unofficial transcript of courses and grades.
These items are also mandatory:
- Two items to show proof of residence (i.e.: lease agreement, phone, cable or electric bill)
- Immunization records(including Tdap booster)
