The Beach Grass American Eatery knows how to treat Poway—with steak and eggs, green omelets and other morning and lunchtime delectables.
So it’s no surprise that Beach Grass is Poway’s winner of the Readers Choice Award for best place to have Mother’s Day brunch.
The restaurant, about 5 years old, seats several dozen and will have usual hours on Mother’s Day, May 13—7 a.m. to 2 p.m., says server Michelle Stevens.
Reservations are normally not required, she said.
So what’s good for Mother’s Day brunch?
Stevens says the Beach Grass pineapple pancakes are amazing, and “steak and eggs” are really good.
