SD Rostra's April Fools' Joke: Nathan Fletcher to Return to Republican Party

Fletcher, who represented Poway and Rancho Bernardo in the State Assembly, left the GOP during his mayoral campaign.

Former Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher will return to the Republican Party, according to SDRostra.com's April 1 blog post.

The conservative blog said that the announcement would be made later this week.

But the post ends with this advice: "For those reading this on Tuesday, please note it was posted Monday."
