Poway Officials: Medical Marijuana Dispensary Is Operating Illegally
The city is considering what action to take, according to a spokesperson.
A medical marijuana dispensary has been operating illegally in a busy plaza on Poway Road, according to city officials.
Officials discovered the dispensary after law enforcement received a tip about its operation. However, because of the —the business is operating illegally in Poway, according to Poway's Legislative administrator Eric Heidemann.
Heidemann said the city is currently considering what action to take.
