Poway City Council Rescinds Ridgeline Development Resolution

The resolution required developers to go through the council for approval.

The Poway City Council on Tuesday voted to rescind a resolution requiring developers to get council approval for projects on hillsides and ridgelines, according to a U-T San Diego report.

The 3-2 vote shifts the approval responsibility to city planners.

The council also took action on matters involving potential affordable housing sites and the search for a new city clerk.
