The councilman was one of dozens of honorees during a volunteer ceremony in Rancho Bernardo.
Poway City Councilman Dave Grosch was honored as the Volunteer of the Year for the Martin and Delia Gold Health Center during a ceremony in Rancho Bernardo on Saturday.
The recognition, part of Rancho Bernardo’s third annual Hats Off to Volunteers event, is given to dozens of volunteers at organizations that serve the RB community.
