Sentencing Scheduled for Poway Man Who Stole Sheriff's Car

Sean Michael Webber is expected to be sentenced to four years in state prison.

A man who stole a sheriff's cruiser and led officers on a pursuit from Poway to Carmel Valley is scheduled to be sentenced Monday.

Sean Michael Webber, 30, stole the vehicle at Midland and Twin Peaks roads on Oct. 2 during the annual "Tour de Poway." The pursuit lasted about 38 minutes.

He and is expected to be sentenced to four years in state prison.
