Rollover Crash in Poway Sends 1 Person to Hospital
The cause of the crash is under investigation, according to authorities.
One person was taken to the hospital following a rollover crash in Poway early Tuesday, authorities said.
The one-vehicle crash on eastbound Scripps Poway Parkway, just east of Poway's business park, happened shortly before 1:30 a.m., according to San Diego County sheriff's Lt. Mike Munsey.
A few people were in the car that crashed, Munsey said, noting that it is not immediately clear whether alcohol was a factor.

Paramedics took one of the car's occupants to Sharp Memorial Hospital, according to a fire department dispatcher. The extent of the person's injury was unclear.
