A Poway woman who was struck by a pick-up truck on Valle Verde Road died on Thursday, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.
Sharlotte Kingston, 36, was walking on Valle Verde Road with her dog on Tuesday when she was struck by a pick-up truck, according to the report.
She was transported to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido where "she was diagnosed with multiple traumatic injuries" but her condition declined.

Kingston was pronounced dead on Thursday.
The driver of the truck, a 58-year-old Poway man, was unhurt, sheriff's Sgt. Daniel Vengler said. It was unclear if he might face charges in connection with the fatal accident.
