Poway Crime Report: Sept. 3-9

Arrests for theft, DUI were reported in Poway.

Monday, Sept. 3

A 51-year-old male was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run with property damage on Buckley Street at Carriage Road just before 7 p.m.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

Auto parts valued at $500 were reported stolen from a business in the 12600 block of Poway Road.

A pickup truck valued at $10,000 was reported stolen in the 13600 block of Twin Peaks Road.

A 22-year-old male was arrested for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and committing a felony while on bail, both felonies, in the 14100 block of Hermosillo Way at 10 p.m.

Thursday, Sept. 6

A subject stop in the 14000 block of Poway Road led to the arrest of a 25-year-old male for misdemeanor under the influence of a controlled substance.

Ten gas cylinders with a combined value of $385 were reported stolen from Costco on Tech Center Drive.

Friday, Sept. 7

A business in the 12100 block of Dearborn Place reported 14 thefts by use of access card information. Miscellaneous audio/video valued at $31,340 were reported stolen.

Saturday, Sept. 8

A 33-year-old male was arrested for DUI in the 13500 block of Poway Road just after 2 a.m.

Sunday, Sept. 9

A 27-year-old male was arrested for DUI on Pomerado Road at Ted Williams Parkway just before midnight.

A 35-year-old male was arrested for DUI in the 12900 block of Community Road at 4:30 a.m.

A computer valued at $500 was reported stolen from Vons on Poway Road.
