Missing Poway Teen Found After Nearly a Month

A North County teenager reported missing after he failed to show up at school for a graduation practice nearly a month ago has been located and "is fine," sheriff's officials said today.

Atticus Van Arsdale, 18, was last seen by his family about 9 p.m. on June 11, according to the sheriff's department.

There were no signs of criminal involvement in Van Arsdale's disappearance, which was being considered a "voluntary missing adult" case, sheriff's officials said.

Van Arsdale's whereabouts since being reported missing were not made public, nor was the location where he was found.
