A Bobcat is Spotted Prowling About Westview High School Campus
Westview High school, known as the Wolverines, got a visit from a wildcat on Nov. 11, a bobcat.
A bobcat was spotted today in a tree on the grounds of Westview High School in the Torrey Highlands neighborhood, police said.
Someone at the school saw the animal in a tree west of the bleachers at the 13500 Camino del Sur campus and called police around 4:30 p.m., San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.
The bobcat did not attack anyone, Delimitros said.

The California Department of Fish and Game was not responding to the incident because the bobcat would likely run off, Delimitros said.
