What did you take away from the talks, and did they infuence your vote?

To day the nice religion of Islam the brotherhood...broke into our embassy in Egypt got our flag and tore it into bits. Our goverment wants to keep on giving them more money and one day they will try and kill us again here........Good move Obama.............just sayin.
Whatever the reason, it has to be something VERY damaging/embarrassing. Far worse than mere bad grades if you ask me, but we won't know until they are eventually released - and one day they WILL be.

Ann Romney has been given her own Secret Service detail. The costs associated with Michelle Obama‘s trips have been incurred by the Air Force and Secret Service. Maybe Congress should change the requirement for protection of the first family or presidential candidates.
I personally wanted the Affordable Care Act, and believe it didn't go far enough, if you know what I mean. So let's not be saying it was against everyone's wishes. Gee it passed, was signed into law, and was upheld by the Supreme Court. If you don't think that stopping the 500,000+ job losses per month that was handed him, or stopping the stock market crash that cost seniors almost half the value of their retirement savings, was nothing, then there is nothing anyone can tell you about the facts. You need to be thrown out of this blog for your stupidity.
1. Ryan said “under President Clinton, we got welfare reform … which moved people from welfare to work, to get people out of poverty. President Obama is rolling back welfare reform.” In fact, President Obama DID NOT eliminate the current existing requirements. The claim about the work requirement was universally debunked by fact checkers 2. Ryan said “The stimulus was a case of political patronage, corporate welfare, and cronyism at their worst. You, the working men and women of this country, were cut out of the deal.” The Congressional Budget Office estimated that the stimulus helped create 3.3 million jobs, and most economists agree it was at least somewhat successful. Ryan himself requested stimulus money for his district in 2009-2010, but got caught lying about it in an interview with the media. I could go on and on, as so much of the lies have already been discussed and debunked, so I don’t know why you need to be reminded. The philosopher, Immanuel Kant, once said that “when a man lies, he annihilates his dignity as a man.”
Sorry to hear you have been screwed by your insurance company. If you are so worried about Medicare and SS, I wouldn’t be voting for the Romney/Ryan ticket. They are the ones who will Bankrupt those systems. President Obama is trying to save both programs to benefit future retirees. BTW, I don’t qualify for SS, as I am a retired Federal employee with my own annuity that I paid into for 30 years. But I do care about both programs, because so many need the benefits.
Ditto when she couldn't wait for him to finish his work in DC but flew SEPARATELY to Hawaii, costing US additional tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars - she gained just a few extra days but then it's not HER money. Then she took a gaggle of friends to live it up in Spain - I believe that cost a million or two. Ditto her trip to Africa (I was there at the time and it was quite a circus) - a token meeting and the rest was pure, expensive vacation. Apparently they listed the two Obama girls as Administrative Assistants so that they could go on OUR dime. A date nite in NYC for the two of them cost US a hundred thou' or so... She lectures the world on eating salad ten chows down on lobster and Kobe Beef at every opportunity.
We still live in a Representational Democracy and the MAJORITY of us clearly indicated that we did not want it. That's why princess Pelosi and Harry Reid had to be so conniving and devious to get it passed in the face of such widespread opposition. Actually MY insurance company was worse - they wanted to up my rates by over 60% We shopped around and found another carrier for "Just" 29% more, that company just added 10% to that rate.
Elite schools like Columbia and semi-elite schools like Occidental rely heavily on high school records and recommendations. Obama went to Punahou School, a high-level prep school, from fifth through twelfth grade on a scholarship. Punahou is in Honolulu. That makes him by definition not a foreign student. He hadn't lived in Indonesia since he was 10 and in fourth grade. Colleges communicate a great deal with the high schools their applicants are coming from. They check references, talk to guidance counselors and teachers, even get copies of significant papers written by the student. A college like Occidental would have had a close and long-term relationship with a prep school as prestigious as Punahoe.
Secondly we don't know what he is trying to hide in his college transcripts but his life (what we do know of it) appears to be full of facilitation and manipulation to open doors for him, to put him into positions way above his competence level so who knows if he did or didn't use his time in Indonesia to claim "Foreign Exchange Student" status to help get accepted? It's like Elizabeth Warren using her 0/32nd Cherokee "blood" to get preferential treatment as a "minority" (and yes, I deliberately typed ZERO-over-thirty-two). All these preferences and quotas are ripe for abuse.

Gas before $1.84 ..Now $3.77 10. Every 4th home under water. 11 Obama--Healthcare up 18.9% I did'nt make these numbers up...they are for anyone to see. The man is just taking this country down and I for one don't want to go for the ride.
