Christmas Candlelight Concert to Benefit Rady’s Children Hospital
Carols by Candlelight is back this year with a star-studded musical lineup with entertainment for the whole family.
Ring in the holiday season with a concert to help children in need. The live music concert, Carols by Candlelight, will celebrate 23 years of raising money for Rady’s Children hospital in San Diego.
The family concert started in 1990 at Horton Plaza as a free concert. The concert became so popular it moved to the California Center for the Arts in Escondido.
Musical performances will include pop and country stars including Grammy award winning artists B.J. Thomas and Buck Howdy, Collin Raye, Mary James, Eve Selis, and Candese Marchese.

Carols by Candlelight will be on Friday, Dec. 7 and Saturday, Dec. 8 at 8 p.m.
Tickets are available online and prices vary from $50 to $85. Give the gift of music to members of the military by purchasing concert tickets for $25.
