Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) of San Diego Presents Heroes on Scene. We are gather together to honor our heroes in our communities. All citizens are welcome. This fundraiser is to help support the TIP of San Diego Team. TIP is a non-profit organization that partners with the Poway Fire and other surrounding Fire Departments, as well as the Sheriff's Department to assist citizens in crisis following a traumatic event.
