Students Will Hit the Stage for Poway's Got Talent
The annual fundraiser is starting at 7 p.m. at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.
1. Poway High School will be holding its annual spring fundraiser tonight at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts. Poway's Got Talent will showcase performances by many student groups, including skits, music and cheer routines. The show will run from 7-9:30 p.m. and tickets are $15. Emcees for the evening will be Zach Gelwix and Larry (LLPooleJay) Poole.
2. PowPAC opens its production of “Skin Deep” tonight, a play about two lonely people set up on a blind date. Performances will be at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays through March 27. Tickets are $12-$15 and are available at the theater, located at 13250 Poway Rd.
3. The Community Park holds a supervised skate park session every Friday for skaters 14 and younger. A parent or legal guardian must be present when signing up for skate park programs.
