Photos: ‘Wild Zumba Party’ Raises Funds for Parkinson's Research

The fundraiser, at Poway Samurai Martial Arts, was coordinated by Poway resident Michael Radunsky.

A zumba fundraiser at Poway Samurai Martial Arts on Saturday raised about $600 for Parkinson's research, event organizer Michael Radunsky said in an email.

About 20 people learned some new movies from instructor Lorraine Boubion to raise money for Summit4StemCell, a non-profit that funds non-embryonic stem cell research to help treat Parkinson's.
