Launch Parties and Water

You need to know the Poway.Patch.com launch party is Wednesday evening and you're invited.

Here are three things you need to know this Wednesday in order of importance:

1. The Poway.Patch.com launch party is at 6 p.m. at Kai Sushi and all are welcome. The word on Poway Road is there will be cupcakes at the party.

2. The City Council approved of two-tier water rate Tuesday evening (OK, maybe this should be Number 1).

3. The last of the rain (at least, for awhile) should end Wednesday with the temperature at a cool 58 degrees.
