development for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority, said at a news
conference.

3. University of San Diego President Mary Lyons said Friday that allegations of point-shaving in the men's basketball program will not be a "defining moment'' for the school. At a news conference, Lyons also expressed her ``unwavering support''
for athletic director Ky Snyder and men's basketball coach Bill Grier.
