Humane Society Hosts Reunion For Animal Alums

The Escondido Humane Society on Saturday hosted a reunion of dogs, and one cat, adopted from the facility.

After 96 years of operation, the Escondido Humane Society—which serves Poway— hosted a reunion of pets adopted from the facility on Saturday.

The event brought together pet owners who chose to rescue their best friends from the Humane Society, rather than going to a pet store or a breeder.

The four-legged animals and their two-legged owners enjoyed the company of like-minded folks who feel good about having rescued their pets from the shelter.
