Gas Prices Rise Again

Average gas prices climbed for the 23rd consecutive day.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County increased Wednesday for the 23rd consecutive day, rising 1.1 cents to $4.281, its highest amount since Oct. 25.

The average price has risen 55.4 cents during the streak of increases, including 1.4 cents on Tuesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 11.3 cents more than one week ago, 57.2 cents higher than one month ago and 21 cents greater than one year ago.
