The shooting in the 2200 block of Dunlop Street was reported about 9:50 p.m. Saturday, and the shooter was believed to have been in a white Honda Accord, Officer David Stafford said. The Honda rolled up to a group of young men, and someone made a gang challenge, he said. No immediate arrests were made.

3.
