General Atomics receives $148.2 million to procure 24 MQ-9 Reaper production aircraft.
1.Poway-based General Atomics Aeronautical Systems was awarded a $148.2 million contract to procure 24 MQ-9 Reaper production aircraft, the U.S. Department of Defense announced Tuesday.
2. A San Diego woman who allegedly abused her 9-year-old daughter over a 17-month period, culminating last month with a fatal punch and kick to the stomach, pleaded not guilty today to a murder charge. Crystal Cardenas, 25, was ordered held on $2 million bail.
3. It will be sunny throughout the county Thursday and windy in the valleys and mountains. A high wind warning for those areas remains in effect until noon.
