County to Honor Deputy Killed by Drunken, Wrong-Way Driver
Sheriff Bill Gore and others will honor Deputy Ken Collier who was killed while trying to stop a drunken driver going the wrong way down a highway.

A dedication ceremony is planned this morning in honor of San Diego County Sheriff's Deputy Ken Collier who was killed one year ago Monday while trying to stop a drunken driver going the wrong way down a Santee highway. Sheriff Bill Gore is expected to accompany Collier's fiancee, family and friends as they add Collier's photo to a wall in the William B. Kolender Sheriff's Museum.
