New Townhomes Coming Soon to Del Sur

San Diego master-planned community Del Sur is proud to announce that an interest list has been established for its newest neighborhood: Garretson by Standard Pacific Homes. Scheduled to open in early 2014, Garretson will be the first townhome neighborhood to grand open at Del Sur since 2010. The 71-home collection joins five other communities now selling at Del Sur.

Garretson is the fifth new neighborhood Del Sur has introduced this year. It will offer three different two-story townhomes ranging from 1,518 to 1,867 square feet. Homes will include three to four bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths in Spanish Romantica, Rancho Adobe or Monterey architectural styles. The homes will also offer spacious great rooms that seamlessly connect with gourmet kitchens and dining areas.

Marston by Standard Pacific Homes. The neighborhood offers estate-caliber homes in three floor plan designs ranging from 3,929 to 4,617 square feet with up to five bedrooms and 5.5 baths.

Priced from the low $1,000,000s, the luxury homes include expansive living spaces, stylish interior features and beautiful views of the surrounding coastal hills. Marston also boasts a wonderful location within Del Sur, walking distance to parks, pools, trails and Del Sur Elementary School.

Hawthorne by Standard Pacific Homes. Down the street from Marston, Hawthorne offers three distinct floor plans ranging from 2,600 to 2,955 square feet with four to five bedrooms and three baths. The charming collection of single-family homes gains inspiration from San Juan, California Bungalow and Spanish architectural styles.
