This week it's Big Lots at 12342 Poway Rd. The discount retailer is looking for a new full-time assistant manager with at least three years of retail management experience preferred.
Some of what you'll be doing:
- Working at least 45 hours a week, including nights and weekends.
- Helping with payroll and hiring.
- Resolving customer service issues.
- Traveling between stores, with some overnight stays.
- Organizational, communication, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Visual merchandising skills.
