Poway Construction Continues Upward Trend
Building permit activity increases 83 percent over the last week.
Construction activity in Poway experienced another decent week of activity. Total building permits issued increased from six to 11 for the week ending Nov. 11.
A permit was issued for improvements to an existing structure at 14701 Pomerado Road. The new use is intended to be a yoga studio.
Community Housing Works has received a permit to install a temporary office trailer for its construction site at 13001 Bowron Road.

Kitchen and bath remodels are slated for 12789 Shadowline Street and 13134 Silver Saddle Lane, respectively.
