Darran Hall—the gym’s owner and personal trainer—played baseball three years in the minors with the Cincinnati Reds, three years of NFL football and three years in a professional Canadian league.
"I was a sponge... I knew my time in the NFL wouldn't be long, and this is what I've always wanted to do," Hall said.

His current clientele is primarily teenage athletes like Thatcher Demko. Demko was ranked Number 2 in the USA National Select Festival, an elite youth hockey tournament.
"First training session with Darran, I barely lasted 40 minutes, it was intense," said Demko who is hoping to score a college scholarship.
