Two Senior Artists Honored by State Senator

State Senator Joel Anderson (R – La Mesa) is scheduled to be a special guest at Sunshine Care, an assisted living facility in Poway, to honor two local seniors whose artwork was displayed at the State Capitol.

Anderson is scheduled to deliver certificates. Joyce Westlake Holmes is being honored for her piece “California Poppy.” Artist James Richard Youse is being recognized for his work “A Disney Bird.”

The event will include a flag salute & choir was to be presented by Country Montessori School.
