Readers Theatre: reasons to be pretty

reasons to be pretty (sic) written by Neil LaBute and directed by David Kelso will be presented one night only.

An off-Broadway hit, later nominated for a Tony Award as Best Play, this incendiary drama is set off by a casual remark about a woman’s “pretty face.” As their relationships crumble, four friends are forced to confront deceit, infidelity and betrayal in their journey to answer that oh-so-American question, “How much is ‘pretty’ worth?” This production contains adult content and language, and is not appropriate for all ages.
