The Friends of the Poway Library will host its Autumn Book Sale Nov. 13 at the library.
Thousands of hardcover and paperback books on all topics will be for sale. Most hardcover books will cost 50 cents and most mass-market paperback books will cost 25 cents. All children's are also 25 cents each.
Proceeds will be used for the Poway Library's programs, needs and supplies. The Library's has lost most of its City and County funding for materials this year and these book sales plus the sales in our bookstore are how you can help maintain our library's reputation as the "Jewel of the County Library System"
Presale for members of the Friends of the Poway Library is from 9 to 10 a.m. If you'd like to join the group and shop early, annual memberships will be available at the door for $10. Members receive a newsletter and early admission to book sales.
