Acoustic Showcase Series Returns to Poway Library
San Diego singer Lisa Sanders will play a free show Saturday, Sept. 15, at the library.
Live music returns to the Sept. 15 with a free acoustic show by Lisa Sanders and Brown Sugar, starting at 2 p.m.
The county library system’s Free Acoustic Showcase series features established local musicians in intimate, family-friendly settings. The Poway location hosts acoustic shows about once a month.
Sanders is a two-time San Diego Music Award winner and recently opened for Bonnie Raitt. She has also opened shows for music legends Bob Dylan, BB King, Paul Simon, James Taylor, Sting, Stevie Nicks and Lucinda Williams. The soulful singer has released six albums and plays shows throughout Southern California.
