Missi Faucher Is Longtime Volunteer Power at Poway Unified Schools

Prime Poway Woman No. 12 has lived in Poway for 40 years, proud of her two giving daughters.

If your students attend any of the Poway Unified schools, chances are you’ve heard of Missi Faucher.

Faucher, who has lived in Poway for 40 years, has been involved in the Painted Rock Elementary School Foundation and helped form the Del Norte High School Foundation.

She’s also a member of the Poway chapter of National Charity League and the Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary Poway Unit.

Faucher said her biggest accomplishment is raising two daughters who “give back to their community.”

She also receives inspiration from her girlfriends who are “leaders in our community.”

“They are selfless, kind, creative, compassionate, generous, self-motivating and together they represent all I could ever aspire to be,” she said.
