Drizzle, Fog May Slow Tuesday Evening Commute

The National Weather Service office in San Diego said sprinkles and fog were being reported in coastal areas.

A cold front moving through Southern California brought drizzle and rain that could slow Tuesday evening's commute in San Diego County.

"A few sprinkles are starting to be reported, mainly along the San Diego County Coast areas," the National Weather Service said. Fog was also being reported.

The Weather Service office in San Diego forecast the front would bring much cooler weather to the region Tuesday night and Wednesday, as well as strong and gusty winds and frost conditions to the mountains and deserts.

Check the Caltrans current conditions map before heading home this evening.
