Carolers Begin 'New Tradition' in Poway
A gathering of Powegian carolers was prompted by one e-mail.
Those who received the chain e-mail, prompted by community leader Steve Vaus, didn't get much notice. They had only a few hours to decide whether to sing or not.
The e-mail invited residents to meet Thursday night at Twin Peaks Middle School for some impromptu and old-fashioned Christmas caroling.
