Del Sur Educational Foundation to Host Night at the Ranch Fundraiser on March 29

The Del Sur Educational Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising additional funds for Del Sur Elementary School, will host its fourth annual Night at the Ranch fundraiser from 5 - 10 p.m. on Saturday, March 29.  Themed after the Wild West, the event will take place at the Del Sur Ranch House located at 15455 Paseo Del Sur in San Diego.

“Each year, this event generates more than $40,000 for Del Sur Elementary School, supporting art and music programs, software and technology purchases and more,” said Shelley Federhart, Foundation member. “This year, we’re bringing casino games back – a favorite among attendees. It’ll be a lot of fun.”

In 2013, the event supported the purchase of 40 iPads, a Mac workstation, longer library hours and an engineering teacher at Del Sur Elementary School. The event will include casino-inspired games, live and silent auctions including some student-made auction items, food, libations, live entertainment, an opportunity drawing and more. Attendees are encouraged to wear western gear or cocktail attire.

Tickets for Night at the Ranch are $50 and include a full dinner and drink. They can be purchased at www.delsurfoundation.org.

Also, to ease babysitting needs, the Foundation has organized “Kids Night Out.” The childcare service will be hosted at Del Sur Elementary during the night of the event, and offer a variety of fun activities for participants. The childcare option is $10. Additional details are available at www.delsurfoundation.org.

Night at the Ranch is sponsored in part by the master-planned community of Del Sur by Standard Pacific Homes. For more information about the neighborhoods at Del Sur, visit www.DelSurLiving.com.
