Poway Farmers Market has generously donated a spot for our 3 Day for the Cure Team, Cleavage Crusaders, to host a Bake Sale this Saturday 10/15 from 8-noon. Simultaneously, there will be a Garage Sale at 14153 Peach Tree Lane - all proceeds go to this great cause - Anyone can get Breast Cancer and we are hoping to find a cure and also spread awareness specifically that early detection is key to living a full life even after this dreaded diagnosis.
Team Cleavage Crusaders is made up of a core group of Poway Ladies that are committed to this cause - we have different reasons for joining this fight but our common ground is that we are tired of seeing our loved ones sick and struggle without a cure. We walk because we hope and pray that this disease is defeated. This is our 3rd time walking in this event. We train to prepare ourselves for the 60 mile walk in 3 days and we are financially committed to raising $2,300 each to be able to participate in this event.
