Cappuccino Cottage, the winner of the Best Coffee in Poway poll, was purchased by Brittany Flowers in 2006.
Flowers said her winning business is a winner because of those it serves.
“We have been challenged by the recession—we are surviving due to our loyal customers,” she said. “Never underestimate the value of your employees and customers, always be honest and work your hardest.”
